TEACHING
I teach corporate entrepreneurship and a doctoral readings class in entrepreneurship and innovation at WBS. I also help with methods for the GLOMBA programme. When I teach, I use a mix of styles and approaches, but my main goal is to keep it lively and engaging. I also co-wrote a textbook, The Management of Technological Innovation, with Mark Dodgson and David Gann. I try to embed research into all aspects of the course materials, hoping students will develop a scientific approach to innovation and entrepreneurship.
I design, develop, and use games and simulations as part of my teaching practice. These tools have greatly benefited from my students’ contributions who playtested them. I have also greatly benefited from comments and suggestions from other educators.
